Jacques Arlandis has a Ph.D in
Economics and a BA in Sociology. He is also a graduate of
ESCP (the Paris Business School).
He is both Scientific and Deputy Director of IDATE (Institut
de l'Audiovisuel et des Télécommunications en
Europe). He is also Director of ENCIP (European Network for
Communication and Information Perspectives) and the Editor
of COMMUNICATIONS & STRATEGIES His main areas of interest
and his publications concern the economics of telecommunications,
prospective networks and services, strategic alliances and
regulations.
