Jean-Charles Doineau is senior
consultant in the Industrial analysis department of IDATE.Head
of the equipment division, he is specifically implied in the
analysis of the world telecomequipment suppliers market, the
services to the telecommunication operators and is alsoimplied
in the financial missions done by IDATE. Before joining IDATE,
he was working as amanager in Ernst & Young, Paris, in
the telecom-media division. His mains clients wereFrance Telecom,
LVMH and SNCF, and he worked on various due diligence projects,especially
on the merger between Matra and Aerospatiale. He has also
been implied in thehistoric evaluation of the costs of the
French cable networks in the due diligence processregarding
the selling by France Telecom of its French cable assets.
Jean-Charles Doineau is engineer of the Ecole Polytechnique
(1993). He is alsoholder of the French mathematics aggregation.
