Olivier Perraudin is an independent consultant in
corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to setting up his own practice, he spent 18
years with Merrill Lynch's Investment Banking Division
both in New York and London specialising in financings
and M&A. As such Olivier advised a large number
of US and European companies on a wide variety of
transactions, including IPOs, mergers, acquisitions,
divestitures, restructurings and recapitalizations.
During the last seven years, Olivier covered the telecom/internet
industries advising such companies as Mannesman, France
Telecom, Cable & Wireless, KPN, Telia, BellSouth,
SBC and Verizon.
