The success and failures of the EC’s liberalisation process versus the US Telecom Act
 
Martin Cave is Professor and Director of the Centre for Management under Regulation at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick. He specialises in regulatory economics, especially of the communications industry.

He is an advisor to OFTEL and to a number of other regulatory agencies and was a member of the Competition Commission from 1996-2002. He has recently carried out a review of spectrum management policy for the UK government. He was previously Professor of Economics and Vice Principal at Brunel University.
