Does Europe still have the wireless lead?
 
 

Pascal Debon was appointed president, Wireless Networks, in October 2001, assuming responsibilities for Nortel Networks global Wireless business.

Before being appointed president, Pascal served as president for Europe, Middle East, and Africa. In this role, Pascal was responsible for growing the momentum of Nortel Networks as an Internet powerhouse in the region.

Pascal joined Nortel Networks in 1990 and has held a variety of management positions across a wide range of Nortel Networks product businesses including Enterprise Networks and Wireless Networks.

Pascal has played a significant role in the creation of the Company’s leadership position in wireless communications and led the delivery of Nortel Networks Wireless Networks market strategy.

Before joining Nortel Networks, Pascal spent 15 years (1975 – 1990) with Alcatel Business Systems, where he held several operational and general management positions within sales, marketing, and international relations.
