Didier POUILLOT, After a first experience as consultant in BIPE (Bureau d'Informations et de Prévisions Economiques, Paris), Didier Pouillot joined IDATE in 1986.

He is currently head of the Industrial Analyses department and is a well-known European specialist in telecommunications. He is responsible for the annual publication of the study "Telecoms Operators around the World" and has carried out numerous surveys relating to themes such as the liberalisation of telecommunications markets, multimedia convergence and globalisation of the communication sector.

Didier Pouillot is a graduate of ESSEC, a Paris Business School (1982).
