Prior to founding Freever, Jérôme
Traisnel was Managing Director of the Spanish
subsidiary of Schlumberger Test & Transactions,
where he was in charge of the sales and production
of smart cards for Southern Europe and the Middle
East.
Between 1994 and 1997, he managed Schlumberger's
global Marketing Management Department, for smart
card applications, and in particular those concerning
mobile phones.
In 1995, he was jointly responsible for Schlumberger's
success in introducing a Java virtual machine
(JVM) into a smart card (Javacard), a project
that received many distinctions for innovation
over the world.
From 1992 to 1994, he was a product manager for
the development of the emerging mobile phone sector.
Jérôme began his career as a Telecom
sales engineer at Texas Instruments, in charge
of selling DSP solutions for mobile phones.
He holds an engineering graduate degree from ENSIEG
(Grenoble-France) and a Masters in Marketing from
ESSEC (Paris-France). |
