Born in 1973, graduated in Law from Sorbonne University (Paris I), Jerome Chouraqui joins the audiovisual market after a specialization in a Master of Law and Administration in audio and video communications in 1997.
In parallel, with two partners, he founds NPTV one of the first companies to propose solutions for interactive digital television towards broadcasters, MSOs and advertisers. Becoming CTO in 1998 until
2001 and then takes care of the product line as Marketing Director. He is in charge of developing new solutions, designing and marketing the thin-client technology developped by NPTV that has been deployed in more than 7,5 millions set top boxes worldwide.
In addition, he graduates his PhD, specializing in Computer Law in 2002, on "electronic signature".
Jerome Chouraqui also created the Media Club, an association of audiovisual professionals aiming its actions in gathering people working in the market in order to develop a network of ideas.
