After a first experience as a consultant in BIPE (Bureau d'Informations et de Prévisions Economiques, Paris), Didier Pouillot joined IDATE in 1986.
He is currently head of Telecom Operators & Services and is a well-known European specialist in telecommunications. He is responsible for the annual publication of “DigiWorld: the Digital Word’s Challenges” and has carried out numerous surveys relating to themes such as the liberalisation of telecommunications markets, multimedia convergence and globalisation of the communication sector.
Graduate from ESSEC, Paris Business School (1982)
