TECHNOLOGICAL CONVERGENCE AND REGULATION

Mr VOIRIN is at present in charge of National and International Wholesale business for France Telecom.
Mr VOIRIN ‘s career with France Telecom spans over three decades.
Previous roles include Manager of the Large Business Division, where he was responsible for relations with France Telecom’s top 250 customers. He has also held the posts of CEO of Transpac and President of Expertel Services & FM (France Telecom subsidiaries) and has been responsible for relations with corporate customers in the Paris region. Mr VOIRIN was also the representative of France Telecom for European Institutions in Brussels.
Olivier VOIRIN is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique as well as the National Graduate School of Telecommunications in Paris.
He also holds an additional diploma in financial management from the Cegos business school.
